2026 FLU CLINICS

Flu clinics will commence from  3rd October 2026 for At Risk & 65+  patient, in line with new Government Guidelines  this year,  so flu jabs will not be licenced  to give prior this date anywhere (including Chemists).

 We will be contacting all eligible patients  for the Flu vaccine in priority order either by text or letter during August 2026 and you will be able to book directly into the Flu clinics.

 Our Saturday Clinic will be held on the 3rd October 2026 by a pre-bookable appointment. We will be filling up this clinic first before releasing further slots in the weekdays.  

 Pregnant women, At Risk Children under 18 and  2-3 years can have their Flu jabs wef 1st September 2026.

 Patients 80 years & above will be contacted by phone .

 

Flu Bookings  can be made a number of ways this year :

 1.   Using the self booking link when the initial text invite is sent – the link expires within 7 days so please ensure you book your appointment slot as soon as you receive the text message

 2.   Using Online access such as Patient Access   Patient Access - GP appointments & prescriptions online or NHS App NHS App - NHS (www.nhs.uk)  

 

 Please try & avoid calling the Practice to book your Flu jab as the Practice will be unable to cope with the call volumes
