355 surveys went out   2024 ( 329)

121 surveys  sent back   2024 ( 125)

34% completion rate      2024 (38%)

 

Key  Points:

-Good  overall Practice experience  83% : 2024 73%

-Good overall experience of contacting the Practice 75% : 2024 60%

-Helpfulness of Reception & administrative  Staff  92% -: 2024 81%

- Ease of getting through on the phone 56% : 2024 44%

- Ease of contact  using the website 47% : 2024 34%

-Patients who felt their needs were met during their last appointment 96% -2024 (87%)

-Patient involved as much as they wanted to be in the decision of their care 97% (92%)

-Patients needs were met 96% : 2024 (95%)

-Patient had confidence & trust in Healthcare profession  they spoke to / saw 98% (96%)

-The Healthcare profession was good at listening  to the patient 93% :2024 88%
