National GP Survey  results  :

315 surveys went out   2022 ( 267)

111 surveys  sent back   2022 ( 101)

35% completion rate      2022 (38%)

 

Key  Points:

Good  overall Practice experience  71% : 2022 62%

Helpfulness  of Receptionist  78% -: 2022 80%

Satisfied with appointment offered 73% : 2022 76%

Healthcare Profession was good at giving patient enough time 88%: 2022 80%

Patient involved as much as they wanted  to be in the decision of their care 96% (92%)

Patients needs were met 93% : 2022 (92%)

Patient had confidence  & trust  in Healthcare profession  they spoke to / saw 96% (94%)

The Healthcare profession was good at listening  to the patient 88% :2022 77%
